Customers love the ability to SECURLEY pick up and drop off at their leisure. It helps keep a professional overall process with security at the core. The shipping time was a little long, but once it arrived it was worth the wait, plan ahead and buy it now. Customer support was great throughout the process. Jim answered every question. Nothing like this box exists on the market it stand in a league of its own
This box is well built! It offers so much usability for customers to drop off and pick up. Really glad I made the investment. Everything is laid out well and just works! A must have for any auto shop.

This key box has been a game changer for our shop. The quality, layout and over all function is great. If you need a key box this is it. We got the key pick option too. We used to hide the customer key outside the vehicle prior to this. I never loved doing it that way but it worked for a while. This the correct/professional solution.
First, the ordering process was super easy and the interactions with employees, including the owner, were excellent.
The box is great, the only issue we see is that sometimes, using the envelopes we do, someone could technically reach in and fish them out and have access to the keys. Otherwise, the customers love it and we love it. Having the pick up option is wonderful so we no longer have to hide keys or leave keys in unlocked vehicles in our lot. Would highly recommend getting the drop off AND pick up options!
Customer service: We had an issue with one of the locks initially and contacted the company and they took care of it quickly, free of charge! Couldn't ask for better service.
The product is great! Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. We placed our order 7/31 and were told the first week of Sept for shipping. The second week of Sept I reach out out and they said that they had delays from a supplier and would ship by the end of the week. The middle of the third week of Sept I reached out again and was told it would ship on Friday the 18th. Monday the 21st I got an email that a label had been created. The product finally shipped on Sept 23rd and we received it on the 24th. Just be aware that the timeline to get the product is very slow and unless you ask for it, you will not get an update.
