Shipping Policy

All orders placed ship from Wilmette, IL within 2 - 3 business days of your order date. Orders placed on a business day before 11:00 AM CT will go out the same day. Depending on where you live in the US, your package will arrive within 2-10 days of the date it was shipped.

If for any reason your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a Cancelled Order Notification or Shipping Update with instructions on how to proceed.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. We have customers all over the world! Please reach out to us about ordering a Speedbox internationally. 

Returns

Undamaged merchandise with packaging included may be returned within 30 days of the received date for a full refund. We will not refund any shipping and handling fees related to your purchase or return. After 30 days, you will be issued a store credit, and after 30 days, all returns will be refused.

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours via email at sales@keymaster247.com so we can help.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing  shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your  shipped item. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages.  

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a Refund  Notification via email. Once received, the order amount will be refunded in the original form of payment, or a store credit will be issued via email after 14 days. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post.
