The Speedbox Combo has made managing customer drop-offs and pick-ups so much smoother and more secure. It saves time, works seamlessly, and our customers love the convenience. Excellent product from Keymaster Solutions—highly recommend!
This has made things very convenient for our customers and employees!! Highly recommend 💯 Also, great customer service from this company. Thank you Keymaster 🙏
Customer Service was immediately never waited for a response. Product is very durable and easy to use.
This box was definitely worth the wait, Customers love the pick up feature. Solidly made. Will definitely be getting another one for my second location once it's up and running!
Customers love the ability to SECURLEY pick up and drop off at their leisure. It helps keep a professional overall process with security at the core. The shipping time was a little long, but once it arrived it was worth the wait, plan ahead and buy it now. Customer support was great throughout the process. Jim answered every question. Nothing like this box exists on the market it stand in a league of its own
This box is well built! It offers so much usability for customers to drop off and pick up. Really glad I made the investment. Everything is laid out well and just works! A must have for any auto shop.
Combo box has been great. It has taken a burden off of our on-call staff.
This key box has been a game changer for our shop. The quality, layout and over all function is great. If you need a key box this is it. We got the key pick option too. We used to hide the customer key outside the vehicle prior to this. I never loved doing it that way but it worked for a while. This the correct/professional solution.
First, the ordering process was super easy and the interactions with employees, including the owner, were excellent.
The box is great, the only issue we see is that sometimes, using the envelopes we do, someone could technically reach in and fish them out and have access to the keys. Otherwise, the customers love it and we love it. Having the pick up option is wonderful so we no longer have to hide keys or leave keys in unlocked vehicles in our lot. Would highly recommend getting the drop off AND pick up options!
Customer service: We had an issue with one of the locks initially and contacted the company and they took care of it quickly, free of charge! Couldn't ask for better service.
The product is great! Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. We placed our order 7/31 and were told the first week of Sept for shipping. The second week of Sept I reach out out and they said that they had delays from a supplier and would ship by the end of the week. The middle of the third week of Sept I reached out again and was told it would ship on Friday the 18th. Monday the 21st I got an email that a label had been created. The product finally shipped on Sept 23rd and we received it on the 24th. Just be aware that the timeline to get the product is very slow and unless you ask for it, you will not get an update.
Super high quality, looks great and couldn’t wait to install it.
We have had our KeyMaster Dropbox for over a year. We absolutely love it and our customers do too! This week we had a pick up but couldn't recall the "code".. It had been changed and no one could remember! **JIM** was absolutely amazing! With one phone call and SECONDS later, the box was unlocked and we were ready to go for the next customer. SECONDS!!! I couldn't be happier. This is well worth the money, I hate we waited so long to get it. BUY YOURS TODAY!!!
Amazing Customer Service!! Thanks Jim for the great care and building an excellent product, regards Mark
We are finding more customers want the flexibility of an after hour pick up. The 4 compartment lock box is dynamite! Great package of drop off, pick up, looks and feel sturdy. Worth every single nickel!
The speedbox combo is awesome!!! it has helped us tremendously with drop off and especially pick up for when people cannot get here before close.
The over all quality is good. The handle was subpar compared to the box. That's my only concern. I'd buy the box again.
I couldn't be happier. This is a stellar produuct. Quality, fit, finish & function. The customers & staff love it. Can't image doing without it now.
I kept begging the owner of my work to get one as this looks very professional compared to what we had, and after a while convinced him to let me order this. Well made, great quality! You won’t be disappointed!
We at Ruby Detailing love our speedbox combo+ drop off and pick up. defiantly need 2 people to hang it but after we got it mounted we love it and so do our customers. 11/10 recommend.
I contemplated this unit for over 6 months. I had a few questions and concerns about this box and decided to call. I had the pleasure of speaking To Jim which is who answered the phone. He identified himself as the president of the company. I posed my questions to him and he gave the answers I was hoping for along with a few suggestions that I hadn't considered. As we were finishing our conversation I was inputting the payment and shipping information and hitting order button. Jim assured me that the unit would be shipped that day,and it was. I received it 3 days later and,WOW! It's a very well built and attractive drop box. Impressed, which is hard to do with me, is an understatement. I anxiously installed it using the provided anchors, my wife applied the decals that came with the unit and we were that quickly in the 24 drop off and pick up business. Speaking of the wife, she was not happy that I spent the money on the unit. Fast forward to around 9 p.m that same evening our first customer used the 24 hour drop off service. The security camera triggered and I was able to hear the great compliment the customer gave the box as he was speaking to his wife as they were filling out the drop off form. The customer ranted about how nice the box was, the ease of use, the pen and envelope holder, the lid that converts to a writing table when pulled down, etc.. I wish i would have recorded the look on my face as I'm gloating to the wife while showing her the security footage. My purchase was justified, lol! All of our clients since have commented positively on the nice new feature we offer. It is a game changer. Jim, if you read these comments, my hat is off to you Sir! Great product! Highly recommended, it's a great investment that will provide R.O.I. in many ways.
Our customers love it! Safe and secure. Thank you.
