We ended up having a custom wrap put on ours to mount in the front and customers have loved the ability to drop off at pick up at their convenience.

This key box is incredible. It’s safe, secure and gives us the freedom to not come in after hours to receive and deliver vehicles.
I'm overall pleased with my purchase of the combination drop off and pick up. My only issue beyond the high price is that because of the design, it can be confusing for our clients to understand exactly where to put their key. I added my own customer sticker with an arrow, which has helped. But it could definitely use a more intuitive design that assumes customers may not be all that smart at times. Also the included handle was super flimsy, so I upgraded it to a much beefier handle from the hardware store. But as I said, I'm pleased and overall happy with my purchase despite these flaws and the high price.
We are a small sign and vehicle wrap shop, and often have clients who are unable to drop off/pick up vehicles during our operating hours. Now, we don't have to schedule an inconvenient meet-up time with our customers. They love it too! We're so glad we purchased this product, and will happily recommend it to any other shops that could use it.
