The product is great! Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. We placed our order 7/31 and were told the first week of Sept for shipping. The second week of Sept I reach out out and they said that they had delays from a supplier and would ship by the end of the week. The middle of the third week of Sept I reached out again and was told it would ship on Friday the 18th. Monday the 21st I got an email that a label had been created. The product finally shipped on Sept 23rd and we received it on the 24th. Just be aware that the timeline to get the product is very slow and unless you ask for it, you will not get an update.
Super high quality, looks great and couldn’t wait to install it.
We have had our KeyMaster Dropbox for over a year. We absolutely love it and our customers do too! This week we had a pick up but couldn't recall the "code".. It had been changed and no one could remember! **JIM** was absolutely amazing! With one phone call and SECONDS later, the box was unlocked and we were ready to go for the next customer. SECONDS!!! I couldn't be happier. This is well worth the money, I hate we waited so long to get it. BUY YOURS TODAY!!!
Amazing Customer Service!! Thanks Jim for the great care and building an excellent product, regards Mark
We are finding more customers want the flexibility of an after hour pick up. The 4 compartment lock box is dynamite! Great package of drop off, pick up, looks and feel sturdy. Worth every single nickel!
The speedbox combo is awesome!!! it has helped us tremendously with drop off and especially pick up for when people cannot get here before close.
The over all quality is good. The handle was subpar compared to the box. That's my only concern. I'd buy the box again.
