I contemplated this unit for over 6 months. I had a few questions and concerns about this box and decided to call. I had the pleasure of speaking To Jim which is who answered the phone. He identified himself as the president of the company. I posed my questions to him and he gave the answers I was hoping for along with a few suggestions that I hadn't considered. As we were finishing our conversation I was inputting the payment and shipping information and hitting order button. Jim assured me that the unit would be shipped that day,and it was. I received it 3 days later and,WOW! It's a very well built and attractive drop box. Impressed, which is hard to do with me, is an understatement. I anxiously installed it using the provided anchors, my wife applied the decals that came with the unit and we were that quickly in the 24 drop off and pick up business. Speaking of the wife, she was not happy that I spent the money on the unit. Fast forward to around 9 p.m that same evening our first customer used the 24 hour drop off service. The security camera triggered and I was able to hear the great compliment the customer gave the box as he was speaking to his wife as they were filling out the drop off form. The customer ranted about how nice the box was, the ease of use, the pen and envelope holder, the lid that converts to a writing table when pulled down, etc.. I wish i would have recorded the look on my face as I'm gloating to the wife while showing her the security footage. My purchase was justified,lol! All of our clients since have commented positively on the nice new feature we offer. It is a game changer. Jim, if you read these comments, my hat is off to you Sir! Great product! Highly recommended, it's a great investment that will provide R.O.I. in many ways.
