I’ve only been using it for a week now. Product seems to be good quality. Good weight and feels sturdy. Locks seem to work well. I will say there are a couple places for improvement. Key drop slot needs to be a little bigger for these newer key fobs that are the size of a brick. Water seems to be getting under the top lip of the lock box door and onto the part where customers press down while writing on the key drop envelope, but not where it will damage any keys. Not sure what would fix that. If it wasn’t for those 2 things, I would give it 5 stars. This set up is definitely a major upgrade from the other key drop boxes I’ve had. I recommend
You cannot use normal size drop envelopes The key/ envelope slot is not large enough for bulky keys. You can actually fish out envelopes after dropping them in without unlocking the box
