Originally I thought the price was a bit high and tried to use key boxes from home depo. This was a mistake, they are not user friendly and my customers/advisors locked themselves out of the boxes. At $50/each this got expensive and I decided to get the keymaster setup, I am very impressed with the quality and how user friendly they are, totally worth the money.
I’ve only been using it for a week now. Product seems to be good quality. Good weight and feels sturdy. Locks seem to work well. I will say there are a couple places for improvement. Key drop slot needs to be a little bigger for these newer key fobs that are the size of a brick. Water seems to be getting under the top lip of the lock box door and onto the part where customers press down while writing on the key drop envelope, but not where it will damage any keys. Not sure what would fix that. If it wasn’t for those 2 things, I would give it 5 stars. This set up is definitely a major upgrade from the other key drop boxes I’ve had. I recommend

Our customers love the after-hours key pick up lockers. We just added a second row. They are easy to use and make pick up convenient for our working clients.
Really like our new speedbox combo, the first day we had it 3 customers opted to use our pick up box. Allowing the office to leave on time instead of staying late for customers. Recommend to any shop looking for a more professional drop off/ pick up option.
