Our patented Drop-Off and Pick-up boxes are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. They're designed to withstand harsh weather conditions & neighborhoods.
Use the master key that came with your Speedbox 24/7 System to unlock both HD locks on wither side. Once both locks have been switched to the unlock position you can pull down the dropbox to reveal the inside trey containing the keys. To view our tutorial, click here.
Our boxes are meant to be checked daily, but if you're gone for a few days, rest assured our drop-off box can securely accommodate 10+ key fobs in the internal collection box.

Each box comes with a 3-digit lock that can be unlocked by entering the the 3-digit code provided. Once the 3-digit code is entered properly, you can then turn the nob to the unlock position and open the box by pulling up on the numbered tab.
There are two ways to reset the pick-up box. You can use the master key provided with your Speedbox 24/7 System, or follow our video tutorial here to reset your lock without a key.
Our Pick-Up boxes are designed to be stacked on top of one another. If you're looking to buy more than one box and stack it, let us know in the order notes and we'll include numbers 5-8, 9-12, etc...

Ordered a replacement combination lock, and two months later that lock will not rotate the numbers. I’ve maybe used the lock three times order number 8597
I contemplated this unit for over 6 months. I had a few questions and concerns about this box and decided to call. I had the pleasure of speaking To Jim which is who answered the phone. He identified himself as the president of the company. I posed my questions to him and he gave the answers I was hoping for along with a few suggestions that I hadn't considered. As we were finishing our conversation I was inputting the payment and shipping information and hitting order button. Jim assured me that the unit would be shipped that day,and it was. I received it 3 days later and,WOW! It's a very well built and attractive drop box. Impressed, which is hard to do with me, is an understatement. I anxiously installed it using the provided anchors, my wife applied the decals that came with the unit and we were that quickly in the 24 drop off and pick up business. Speaking of the wife, she was not happy that I spent the money on the unit. Fast forward to around 9 p.m that same evening our first customer used the 24 hour drop off service. The security camera triggered and I was able to hear the great compliment the customer gave the box as he was speaking to his wife as they were filling out the drop off form. The customer ranted about how nice the box was, the ease of use, the pen and envelope holder, the lid that converts to a writing table when pulled down, etc.. I wish i would have recorded the look on my face as I'm gloating to the wife while showing her the security footage. My purchase was justified,lol!
